Job summary

SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to join our Delivery team. You’ll take ownership of our CRM ecosystem, driving adoption, optimization, and impact across departments while helping scale how we use data to support business growth.

You’ll optimize CRM usage across the product teams & marketing, pre-sales, sales, operations functions to improve efficiency and decision-making, and develop reporting and data insights to support performance improvements and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Business processes review & improvements experience.
• HubSpot hands-on work experience: 2+ years (setup, automations, users support, system usage optimizations).
• Reports & dashboards creation (SQL knowledge, etc) experience.
• Russian proficiency at Fluent level (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CRM usage across product teams, marketing, pre-sales, sales, and operations to improve adoption and efficiency.
• Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights that support growth and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build and improve workflows and automation within the CRM to streamline operations.
• Develop internal reporting capabilities, reducing reliance on external tools.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance CRM performance and usability.
• Support and guide different CRM streams, acting as the main point of contact for users.
