Job summary

Infosys Poland Sp. z o.o. in Łódź is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst with English to manage credit risk, review credit limits, and liaise with sales to ensure timely order releases. You will analyze customer creditworthiness and negotiate security arrangements with customers and insurers.

The role requires 8+ years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and SQL. Hybrid work options and national coverage within Poland are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
• Proven analytical skills with data-driven approach
• Good written and spoken English proficiency (B2/C1)
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
• Ability to manage projects, plan, organize and meet deadlines
• Experience with reporting tools, Excel, and SQL
• Experience in credit control and risk assessment is a plus

Responsibilities

• Review and approve customer credit limits and assess ongoing credit risk exposure
• Analyze customer credit worthiness and monitor credit risks
• Negotiate securities and limits with customers and credit insurers
• Decide on releasing orders based on credit risk and balances
• Monitor bad debt exposure and ensure compliance with policies
• Coordinate with Sales and Management to resolve credit issues
• Prepare HQ and local credit reporting and statements

Senior Credit Analyst with English

Miejsce pracy: Łódź

Your responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in financial analysis and risk assessment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Review and approve customer credit limits and assess ongoing credit risk exposure
• Analyze customer credit worthiness
• Negotiate alternative securities (bank guarantees, LC’s…) with customers, to cover the credit risk of AR
• Negotiate credit limits with credit insurance, to cover the credit risk of AR
• Decision to release orders based on credit risks, outstanding balances, credit safe
• Control and monitoring credit risks, and bad debt exposure in line with company policies and accounting standards
• Submit claims to credit insurance or activate alternative securities
• Daily credit control activities to ensure accurate and timely activities
• Work closely with Sales Department and Management to resolve credit issues and meet order release and shipping cut-off deadlines
• HQ and local reporting

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication, influencing, and strong interpersonal skills
