Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Cornerstone technical and functional expert to lead solution design and system configuration for Learning and Talent Management modules, aligning with global HR processes and best market practices.

You will configure Cornerstone, manage integrations and data migrations, support UAT, and create guides and change management materials, collaborating with HR, IT, and external partners across multinational deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Cornerstone technical/functional expert in global HR implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, and system integrations.
• Experience in multinational environments with global rollouts or phased deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Cornerstone certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and configuration of Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management modules.
• Configure workflows, security roles, reporting, and user experience following global HR standards.
• Oversee system integrations and data migration; identify risks and propose technical solutions.
• Support UAT with test scenarios and defect resolution; provide post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation; support change management.
