Job summary

Siemens Energy Poland is seeking a seasoned HR Time & Attendance leader to shape global governance for UKG solutions across regions. You will collaborate with HR, IT, payroll, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless data integration and policy alignment.

Drive standardization, process improvements, and country implementations with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires analytical rigor and an international mindset for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Extensive HR and Time Operations experience in multinational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to legal/tariff regulations.
• Experience collaborating with HR Centers of Competence, IT, Finance, and management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the future Time & Attendance governance across regions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR services teams and Business Owners for UKG solutions.
• Harmonize local policies with global standards and support country implementations.
• Manage data feeds from UKG to Payroll Systems and BI tools.
