Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Cornerstone technical and functional expert to lead solution design and system configuration for Learning and Talent Management modules, aligning with global HR processes and best market practices.

You will configure Cornerstone, manage integrations and data migrations, support UAT, and create guides and change management materials, collaborating with HR, IT, and external partners across multinational deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a Cornerstone technical/functional expert in global HR implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data models, and system integrations.
• Experience in multinational environments with global rollouts or phased deployments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Cornerstone certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and configuration of Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management modules.
• Configure workflows, security roles, reporting, and user experience following global HR standards.
• Oversee system integrations and data migration; identify risks and propose technical solutions.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Serve as the technical and functional expert for Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management modules, leading solution design and system configuration while ensuring alignment with global HR processes, business requirements, and best market practices through a standard and integrated approach.
• Configure and maintain Cornerstone modules, workflows, security roles, reporting, and user experience, providing expert input on architecture, feasibility, and best practice design decisions during implementations and enhancements.
• Support and oversee system integrations and data migration, working closely with IT teams and external vendors, while identifying system limitations, risks, and dependencies and proposing pragmatic technical solutions.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios, validating configurations, resolving defects, and providing post-implementation support, optimization, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, including configuration guides and support materials, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and ongoing system support.
• Act as a key contributor to change management and adoption by supporting training content, knowledge transfer, and the successful implementation and continuous improvement of Cornerstone solutions.

What You Bring

• Proven hands‑on experience as a Cornerstone technical / functional expert in global HR system implementations, with strong expertise across Cornerstone Learning and Talent Management modules.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, data models, and system integrations, with the ability to translate business needs into technical configurations and scalable solutions.
• Experience working in multinational, multi-country environments with complex requirements, including global rollouts, phased deployments, or system consolidations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, IT, and external implementation partners.
• Relevant Cornerstone certifications are highly desirable.
