Job summary

Transition Technologies MS S.A. seeks an experienced Business Analyst to translate complex regulatory, ethics, and compliance requirements into clear specifications and roadmaps.

You will collaborate with compliance officers, risk managers, and IT teams to map processes and optimize workflows across the enterprise IT landscape. The role focuses on evaluating SaaS and RegTech solutions, ensuring data governance and audit readiness, and guiding stakeholders through discovery workshops to achieve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience, incl. 3+ years in regulated industries
• Deep understanding of the Compliance & Ethics domain
• Experience with enterprise SaaS/RegTech platforms and data flows
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Translate complex compliance, regulatory, and ethics requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications
• Define product roadmaps and lead analysis efforts across ambiguous spaces
• Map and optimize compliance workflows with risk/IT teams
• Evaluate SaaS/RegTech solutions ensuring governance and data quality
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders across IT, Compliance, Risk, and Partners
• Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of compliance tech solutions with audit readiness
