Job summary

U.S. FinTech is seeking a Data Governance Analyst to join our remote, full‑time team. You will support daily governance operations across catalog, lineage, and data tagging, collaborating with program leads and solution architects to drive consistent processes.

The role involves developing SOPs, user guides and trainings, onboarding data stewards, and collaborating with risk, audit and compliance teams to validate controls and provide evidence of governance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in information management, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in data governance, metadata management and platform DevOps administration.
• Hands-on experience with governance workflows in Collibra or similar platform.

Responsibilities

• Support daily governance operations across catalog, lineage, and data tagging.
• Collaborate with governance program lead and solution architects to drive process adoption.
• Develop SOPs, user guides and trainings; onboard data stewards and ensure compliance.
