Job summary

Avenga is seeking a highly analytical Business Analyst/Consultant to translate complex compliance, regulatory, and ethics requirements into actionable specifications. You will define product roadmaps, lead analysis, and partner with compliance officers and IT teams to map and optimize workflows.

You will evaluate SaaS and RegTech solutions, ensuring data governance compliance and enterprise architecture alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis or Consultancy experience in regulated industries
• Deep understanding of Compliance & Ethics domain (policy management, third-party risk, investigations)
• Experience with enterprise SaaS/RegTech platforms and data flows
• Proactive builder mentality with curiosity to improve complex workflows
• Excellent communication to align IT, Compliance, Risk and Partners

Responsibilities

• Translate compliance and ethics requirements into clear specs and roadmaps
• Map and optimize compliance workflows across IT landscape
• Evaluate SaaS/RegTech solutions for architecture alignment and data governance
• Facilitate discovery workshops and drive consensus among stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of compliance technology solutions and ensure audit readiness
