Square One Poland seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join our Compliance Product solutions team, focusing on ServiceNow IRM/GRC and related RegTech platforms. You will translate complex regulatory and ethics requirements into actionable specifications, map workflows, drive integration with enterprise IT, and facilitate workshops with IT, Compliance, Risk and external partners.

Qualifications

• Translate complex compliance, regulatory, and ethics requirements into clear functional and non-functional specifications.
• Define product roadmaps and lead analysis efforts across ambiguous spaces.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS/RegTech platforms and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Requirements translation to functional specs and roadmaps.
• Map and optimize compliance workflows with IT and compliance teams.
• Evaluate SaaS/RegTech solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and drive consensus across stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation and ensure audit readiness.
