Job summary

Aon sp. z o.o. in Kraków seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the Insurance Vertical on a fixed-term contract to drive data-driven insights, dashboards and reports.

You will collaborate across the business to develop revenue and pipeline analyses, lead data stewardship, and deliver ad hoc insights using Power BI, Excel and related tools. The role requires strong data analysis, stakeholder management and the ability to translate business needs into actionable reporting, with hybrid/remote work

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards.
• Ability to synthesize and analyse data to drive decisions.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of financial/IT data and systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Insurance Vertical Dashboard and key contact for ad-hoc queries.
• Lead data management across tools and improve data quality.
• Design, build, and maintain standard and ad-hoc management reports and presentations.
• Develop revenue, sales and market reporting using multiple data sources.
• Identify improvements and implement solutions with Excel/Power BI.
• Collaborate with segments and geography leaders for senior leadership visuals.
• Gather requirements for new reporting and future state enhancements.
• Participate in special projects requiring technical reporting skills.
