Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Manager II to lead EPTR clinical trials from initiation to closeout. You will manage budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with sponsors, sites, and internal teams, driving start-up activities and risk mitigation while maintaining high-quality deliverables and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to clinical research; MSc or PhD is an asset.
• Minimum 5 years in clinical research with 3+ years PM experience in Phase I/II.
• Experience across multiple trials and sites; dermatology focus preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA and local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up activities: TMF setup, site activation, and budgeting.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, resources, vendor management and quality.
• Communicate with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams throughout trials.
• Monitor recruitment, propose mitigations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide training, mentoring, and coordinate with cross-functional groups.
