Job summary

Indero invites applications for a Project Manager to lead clinical research projects from initiation through to closure. The role emphasizes adherence to budgets, scope, and timelines, with SOPs, GCP/ICH compliance, and regulatory requirements guiding decisions.

You will work under supervision but be integral to planning, monitoring and stakeholder communications, coordinating sponsors, sites and internal teams across Poland.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar clinical studies role
• 2+ years coordinating clinical trial management activities
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH, regulatory standards, and SOPs

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Sponsor, vendors and internal team.
• Coordinate tasks and deadlines across departments.
• Oversee site activation activities and prioritize site readiness with team members.
• Ensure vendor supplies and services align with site activation timelines.
• Escalate risks and ensure timelines are met.
• Manage study documents and training across the project team.
• Assist with risk management, change control and issue resolution.
• Maintain currency of site-level documents and TMF readiness.
