Job summary

Indero is seeking a Site Selection Specialist to partner with project teams as the primary contact for site identification, feasibility, and site performance assessment. This role is remote within Poland and offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to impact dermatology trials.

Ideal candidates will have a science degree, 3+ years in clinical research, and strong English; French is a plus. You will build relationships with sites, support start-up activities, and ensure high-quality results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or relevant field.
• Excellent oral and written English; French is an asset.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical research in biotech/pharma/CRO, including site selection/start-up activities and site budget/contract negotiation.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in dermatology studies is an asset.
• Ability to work in a team, fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Strong organization, prioritization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with key clinical research sites.
• Identifies investigators and sites to expand the investigator database.
• Collects information to define ideal investigators for studies.
• Recommends sites for participation in studies.
• Coordinates site qualification visits and related CTMS tracking.
• Reviews site qualification visit summaries and readiness for visits.
• Supports quality issues related to site performance in studies.
