Mercer in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Client Solutions Specialist with Spanish to manage a portfolio of membership clients across European markets and to advise internal consultants and clients on Mercer products and solutions. The role offers a hybrid work model with up to 3 days in the office and international exposure.

You will coordinate with market consultants, support client demonstrations on Mercer platforms, and contribute to data related to compensation and benefits.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience in customer services.
• Practical knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Very strong organizational and project coordination skills.

We will count on you to:

• Manage portfolio of membership clients
• Advising our internal consultants and clients on Mercer products and solutions across EMEA
• Cooperation with market consultants – providing sales support to consultants (sales presentations, product information, contacting clients etc.)
• Supporting and managing clients’ participation in Mercer’s salary surveys
• Answering day-to-day client queries via email and phone
• Provide one-on-one demo/presentations on Mercer on-line platforms and methodology for clients
• Working on compensation & benefits related data for both internal and external clients
• Cooperating with colleagues from other Teams

What you need to have:

• Fluency in English and Spanish- written and spoken
• 2+ years of experience in the areas of customer services
• Practical and well-established knowledge of Excel and overall MS Office
• Very strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to organize and plan own work and effectively prioritize
