Job summary

Mercer’s Analytical Solutions Team (AST) in Warsaw is seeking a numbers-minded professional to develop data analyses and customized reports for total rewards, compensation and benefits benchmarking.

You will build and maintain Excel templates, peer-review colleagues’ work, and support consultants with insights in a hybrid Warsaw-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position.
• Very strong analytical skills with statistics understanding.
• Ability to interpret data for non-analytical colleagues or clients.
• Business maturity and client-centric approach.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint and general computer literacy.
• Very good written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants across the EMEA region to deliver high-quality projects.
• Prepare data analyses and customized reports in total rewards, including market data and benchmarking reports.
• Build and maintain Excel templates and tools, internally and externally.
• Peer-review colleagues’ analyses and reports.
• Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Support consultants with data insights via email and client calls.
• Participate in client projects with some direct client exposure.

Analytical Solutions Team (AST) is responsible for preparing customized reports for Mercer clients ensuring the required standards of quality and timeliness. The Team supports Mercer clients and consultants globally.

We will count on you to:

• Develop and maintain day-to-day relationships with Mercer consultants across the EMEA region to deliver projects fulfilling client needs, with exceptional quality and value.
• Prepare data analyses and customized reports in the area of total rewards, including market data reports, compensation and benefits benchmarking reports, pay grading systems recommendations, gender pay equality analysis.
• Build and maintain Excel templates and tools, both internal and external.
• Peer-review colleagues’ analyses and reports.
• Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Support consultants with data insights through e-mails and during client calls
• Participate in client projects, with some direct client exposure.

What you need to have:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
• Very strong analytical skills and a good understanding of statistics, ability to navigate various data environments, close attention to details, critical thinking
• Ability to interpret data, as well as present it in an understandable format for non-analytical colleagues or clients
• Business maturity and client-centric approach
• Good communication and project management skills
• Ability to manage own workload well under time pressure
• Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint and strong general computer literacy
• Very good written and spoken English and Spanish
