Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman in Kraków is hiring a Lead Client Service Representative. You will ensure accurate data delivery to clients and serve as escalation point for complex issues.

You will work in a hybrid model (office 3 days/week, 2 days flexible for parents), coordinating client meetings and delivering timely responses across departments. Strong custody knowledge and client servicing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Prior custody experience.
• Experience in client servicing preferred.
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity and fixed income.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and act as point of escalation for complex issues.
• Coordinate and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Operations, Treasury and Markets to resolve inquiries and improve service levels.
• Serve as a primary contact for external clients on daily servicing matters.
• Lead team knowledge sharing and support closure of cases.
• Support supervisor with daily pulse checks and team activities.
