Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is hiring a Junior Client Service Representative in Kraków to support custody account opening and client access to the Infuse platform. You will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure satisfaction and smooth processes.

The role offers a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days for parents of children up to 4 years old. Strong English, a BA/BS degree, and solid MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong English skills (C1).
• BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and resolve issues.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Processing of custody account opening requests submitted by BBH corporate and direct clients in cooperation with other team members and client service groups
• Validating and uploading client due diligence documentation connected with account opening process
• Provisioning of client users’ access to BBH Infuse portal
• Ensuring high quality of services by our team in accordance to BBH policies and procedures to minimize risks involved in the process and to satisfy clients’ needs
• Ensuring that desktop procedures and internal trackers are up to date and that knowledge is shared within the team
• Taking part in process improvement initiatives and projects
