Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, finance, or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve client needs under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to client inquiries daily.
• Coordinate with internal teams or third-party providers to prioritize requests and resolve issues.
• Participate in team projects and audits.
