Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is hiring a Junior Client Service Representative in Kraków to act as the primary client contact and coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries. The role emphasizes custody disciplines and the client offering for assigned relationships.

The position is full-time with a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days at home for parents of a child up to 4 years old). Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferably in a business, finance, or accounting related concentration and/or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs.
• Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
• Strong ability to apply analytical skills to data, workflows, numeric information and problem solving.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively respond to client’s inquiries on a daily basis.
• Work effectively with internal departments or third-party providers to prioritize client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Participate in team-based project work and audits.
• Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to effectively manage client’s inquiries.
• Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools and products.
