Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead strategic client relationships, drive land, expansion, and renewals across solutions, and own the full lifecycle of accounts. You will work with vendors and partners to deliver value, using our sales tools to manage opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts.

Strong communication and governance experience are essential. You will leverage deep IT/professional services sales experience, industry knowledge, and Salesforce expertise to expand revenue

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in global partner management and sales environments.
• Experience in IT or professional services with focus on business development or sales.
• Strong business acumen in sales, planning and using tools and data.
• Knowledge of offerings, client applications, use cases, and market trends.
• Ability to map high-value services to client needs and outcomes.
• Experience identifying and advancing opportunities to close sales.
• Excellent client engagement and account management skills.
• Prior Salesforce.com experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients across solutions.
• Drive land, expansion, and renewals within accounts.
• Own accounts, ensuring client satisfaction throughout lifecycle.
• Manage opportunities, pipelines, and forecasts using company tools.
• Be main client contact, maintaining open, effective communication.
• Identify client needs and articulate how services meet them.
• Encourage clients to explore additional services to grow revenue.
• Help develop governance and compliance policies to manage risk.
