Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking an experienced IT support specialist in Poland to handle end-user desktop and laptop issues, assist with device setup and reimaging, and resolve common IT problems. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, OS, and connectivity, with familiarity in VDI environments and ITIL practices.

Experience in NATO/NCIA settings is a plus. This position emphasizes timely incident resolution and first-line support to ensure business continuity in an enterprise

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-user IT support in an enterprise/operational setting.
• Device setup, reimaging and software installation experience.
• Hands-on user support and troubleshooting for hardware, OS and connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Perform incident resolution and support standard pre-authorised requests and new change implementations.
• Perform troubleshooting and general IT support tasks.
• Provide first-line support to resolve login problems, software errors, and connectivity issues.

Job description

• Proven experience in end-user IT support (desktops, laptops, peripherals) in an enterprise or operational environment;


• Experience with the device setup, reimaging and software installation;


• Hands-on experience in user support and troubleshooting (hardware, OS, connectivity).


• Experience in NATO or NCIA environments;


• Knowledge of ITIL practices;


• Practical experience in the VDI-based environment.

Duties/role:

• Performing incident resolution and supporting the implementation and execution of standard pre authorised request and new change implementations;


• Performing troubleshooting and support;


• Providing first-line support to resolve common IT issues such as login problems, software errors, or connectivity issues.
