Job summary

EMW in Bydgoszcz, Poland seeks a Senior CIS Technician to provide on-site first-line CIS support for JATEC users under CSU Bydgoszcz SOB management. The role focuses on initial incident handling, device imaging, configuration, and lifecycle activities in accordance with NCIA baselines.

The position requires active NATO SECRET clearance, strong end-user IT skills, and the ability to work extended hours on-site as needed. English proficiency is essential for coordination and reporting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance.
• Proven end-user IT support experience in enterprise/operational settings.
• Experience with device setup, reimaging and software installation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, OS, and connectivity issues.
• Experience using a ticketing/ITSM system for logging tasks and updates.
• Ability to follow procedures and work in structured environments.
• Good English language proficiency (STANAG 6001 Level 3 or CEFR B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Deliver First and partially Second Line CIS support to JATEC users.
• Handle end-user incidents and service requests per NCIA baselines.
• Configure, maintain and lifecycle-support end-user CIS equipment.
• Perform imaging, updates, patching and account administration.
• Escalate complex issues and document work comprehensively.
• Log all actions in designated systems for traceability.
