Job summary

FERCHAU Poland is seeking a Senior Change Manager to drive large-scale digital workplace transformations for an international program. You will support cloud-based adoption, measure user readiness, and ensure smooth transitions across multiple releases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Change Management within large international organizations.
• Experience supporting Digital Workplace, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP.
• English proficiency at C1 level; strong communication with executive sponsors.

• Drive and implement change management initiatives supporting large digital workplace transformations.
• Evaluate the business impact of upcoming changes and assess organizational preparedness for adoption.
• Ensure effective planning and alignment of change activities across multiple technology releases and implementation waves.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams to foster engagement and sponsorship throughout transformation programs.
• Proactively address adoption barriers and develop strategies to increase employee engagement with new solutions.
• Design and monitor success metrics related to user adoption, change effectiveness, and overall business readiness.
• Provide regular insights and progress updates to governance and program leadership teams.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a complex global environment to support successful implementation outcomes.

In this role, you will support large-scale digital workplace initiatives, helping organizations successfully adopt modern cloud-based technologies while ensuring high user engagement, business readiness, and smooth transition processes.

The right qualifications

• Proven experience in Change Management within large international organizations
• Experience supporting Digital Workplace, cloud migration, or digital transformation programs
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS Cloud, or similar environments
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and organizational readiness activities
• Ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Data-driven approach and experience using KPIs to measure change adoption and effectiveness
• Professional proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)
