You will develop scalable change strategies, lead readiness evaluations, mentor leaders, and partner with governance to optimize user adoption of digital workplace tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end organizational change management initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
• Experience managing people-focused change for large-scale IT infrastructure, cloud, or digital workplace transformations (e.g., M365, Google Workspace, AWS).
• Familiar with Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP change management frameworks.
• Understanding of UX principles and SaaS collaboration tools' impact on processes.
• Strong data literacy and ability to translate feedback into interventions.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders as a strategic advisor.
• Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are a strong plus.
• Experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/Finance is advantageous.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms (WalkMe, Whatfix, Tango) is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Organizational Change Manager to join our client's team in the healthcare industry.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement structured, scalable change management strategies aligned with organizational culture, business needs, and deployment pace.
• Lead change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations to identify operational risks, adoption barriers, and areas of resistance.
• Act as a governance stakeholder across multiple product lines, coordinating and sequencing deployments to prevent change saturation and optimize the end-user experience.
• Coach and enable business leaders and executive sponsors to serve as visible and active advocates for digital workplace technologies.
• Identify, analyze, and address user resistance through targeted interventions, stakeholder coaching, and feedback loops.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs, measuring user sentiment, behavior change, and adoption rates, and report outcomes to central governance teams.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience leading end-to-end organizational change management initiatives within large, matrixed organizations.
• Proven experience managing people-focused change for large-scale IT infrastructure, cloud, or digital workplace transformation programs (e.g., M365, Google Workspace, AWS Cloud).
• Strong expertise in change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or ACMP frameworks.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and the impact of modern SaaS collaboration tools on business processes and ways of working.
• Strong data literacy, with the ability to translate user feedback and usage analytics into actionable change interventions.
• Ability to build credibility with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor between technology and business teams.
• Prosci Certified Change Manager, ACMP/CCMP, or equivalent change management certification.
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Finance is a strong advantage.
• Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms such as WalkMe, Whatfix, Tango, or similar tools is a plus.
