Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its remote Connected Devices Product Delivery team. You will lead gathering, analysis, and documentation of software requirements for core web applications, system and device integrations, data visualization, and reporting capabilities.

You will work with domain experts, product owners, analysts, quality testers, and engineers across time zones to translate business needs into clear specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of related systems or business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
• Strong technical skills with experience working within software development teams.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies.
• Experience with BDD methodologies and requirement definition.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements as well as underlying infrastructure applications, systems and processes to enable execution of those skills

Responsibilities

• Lead gathering, analysis, definition, documentation, and validation of software requirements.
• Cover core web app, system & device integrations, data visualization, and reporting capabilities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and determine needs vs wants.
• Learn, understand, and document product functionality and capabilities; become expert in areas over time.
• Drive effective planning, reporting, and analysis for internal functions; stay organized and responsive to time-sensitive tasks.
• Create and contribute to technical documentation for the product across SDLC, including design documents and change requests.
• Produce diagrams and visual assets to depict capabilities and workflows.
