Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on complex IT projects.
• Experience leading Discovery, from framing to estimation and delivery planning.
• Excellent workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with incomplete information and reduce ambiguity into actionable scope.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and GenAI practices in SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure Discovery phases, translating needs into scope, requirements, and backlog items.
• Define business analysis approach per project and align with business objectives.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders, UX/UI, architects and engineering teams.
• Guide discussions, resolve ambiguity, and drive alignment and decisions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and architects to connect requirements with user journeys and architecture.
