Job summary

Insurity is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams on complex customer implementations. You will own requirements discovery, document clear specifications, support configuration and testing, and mentor peers to advance BA practices.

You will also contribute to pre-sales activities and stay current with industry trends, delivering strong client advisory and leadership across the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer requirements gathering process for large and complex efforts.
• Lead end-to-end integration projects from the business side, partnering with customers, their clients, and internal teams.
• Develop, analyze, and document requirements, including business, functional and non-functional.
• Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions (wireframes, use cases, business rules, etc.).
• Mentor other analysts and contribute to pre-sales efforts and BA practices.
