Job summary

SkyCell AG is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to collaborate with business teams, analyze, improve, and automate processes, and shape product roadmaps across our global pharma logistics platform.

You will elicit requirements, document specifications, support QA, and guide development, with remote work options across UK, Spain, Poland, and Romania; a strong emphasis on agile practices and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, business, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Business Analysis or related role.
• Ability to gather and translate requirements into deliverables.
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and interviews.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and backlog tools like Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to analyse, improve, and automate company processes.
• Elicit, gather, and document requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain user stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
• Assess business impact of technical decisions and align with strategic goals.
• Collaborate to shape the product roadmap and prioritize features.
• Provide guidance to development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support QA by reviewing test cases and validating implementations.
• Contribute to testing strategies for automation and non-functional requirements.
• Act as triage expert for incoming requests, bugs, and improvements.
• Manage projects with milestones and communicate risks effectively.
• Create user documentation and training materials.
