Job summary

Incubyte Consulting LLP is seeking a remote Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and close collaboration with engineering teams. You will lead discovery to understand unfamiliar web portals, define data, and craft dev-ready specifications for automation projects.

You will own the handoff, write precise requirements, and use AI to sketch alternatives, prototypes, and tests before engineering begins, ensuring high quality outcomes and rapid

Qualifications

• Turn messy, undocumented workflows into clear, testable requirements for engineers
• Slice ambiguous problems into work units with real acceptance criteria
• Analyze multiple systems to identify shared vs. unique aspects
• Create precise, actionable specifications to avoid rework
• Elicit domain knowledge from stakeholders and translate it for the team
• Apply Agile practices: backlog refinement, sizing, sprint planning, unblock work
• Sketch flows and wireframes to align stakeholders and engineers
• Leverage AI across SDLC to explore systems, prototype ideas, compare options
• Adapt quickly to unfamiliar domains, healthcare/insurance experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Discovery: document flows, inputs, fields for each portal
• Data defintion: identify data points and normalisation
• Specification and work breakdown: create dev-ready user stories and acceptance criteria
• Create onboarding templates and field taxonomies
• Collaborate with client analysts and engineers
• Run short discovery spikes and give clear recommendations
• Variation analysis across systems to surface differences
• Validate automated outputs against manual processes
• Drive process improvement from discovery to delivery
