Job summary

TechTree's client seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term enterprise IT programme in Warsaw. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating needs into structured requirements and improving enterprise processes and system integrations.

The role covers HR, asset management, finance and grant-management domains, with a strong emphasis on BPMN/UML modeling, data analysis and cross-domain collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years as a BA on a large-scale system with 10+ engineers.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with enterprise information systems and system integrations.
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML.
• Level 6 education or equivalent and C1 English.
• Two BA/modelling certifications (CBAP and UML/BPM2) are expected.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements and user stories.
• Model business processes, value chains, roles, capabilities and data.

You’ll work at the intersection of business processes, enterprise systems, data and software delivery, partnering closely with stakeholders, product owners and a development team of 10+ engineers.

The role
