Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience
• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 3+ years as BA on a large-scale system with 10+ engineers
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills
• Experience with enterprise information systems and system integrations
• Strong knowledge of BPMN and UML
• Level 6 education or equivalent
• C1-level English
• At least 2 BA/modelling certifications including CBAP and UML Foundation and BPM2

TechTree's client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a long-term enterprise IT programme supporting a major EU agency in Warsaw.

You’ll work at the intersection of business processes, enterprise systems, data and software delivery, partnering closely with stakeholders, product owners and a development team of 10+ engineers.

The role

You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating complex business needs into structured requirements and helping improve enterprise processes and system integrations.

The wider programme covers systems across areas including HR, asset management, finance and grant-agreement management.

  • BPM2 Fundamental or equivalent
