Job summary

The role requires 8+ years in IT, 5+ years in similar roles, and multiple certifications such as CBAP and UML/BPM certs. Proficiency with Sparx EA, Aris Architect, and SharePoint is highly valued.

Qualifications

• CEFR English level C1 or higher.
• 8+ years in IT-related professional experience.
• 5+ years in a profile with similar responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Model value chains, processes, roles, capabilities, and data.
• Elicit/analyze business needs, requirements, and user stories.
• Support definition of requirements during software development.
• Maintain and track requirements throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate business and technical needs into clear business requirements.
• Map goals, benefits, priorities, components, and features.
• Analyze available systems and identify solution options.
• Contribute to business cases and feasibility studies.
• Support design, testing, QA, and change management.
• Design and validate business processes for process excellence.
• Plan and manage programmes for ongoing process improvement.
• Coach staff on upcoming changes and ensure skills development.
• Collaborate with owners of end-to-end processes for improvements.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and efficiency.
