Job summary

Sii is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join an international IT team focused on digital solutions for the Remarketing area, particularly vehicle resale processes. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams across countries to translate business needs into effective solutions.

Responsibilities include defining and validating requirements, supporting backlog management and testing, coordinating solution rollouts and change management, and acting as a bridge

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of business analysis.
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and IT teams.
• Practical knowledge of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and change management.
• Strong expertise in Jira for project management and task tracking.
• Proficiency in BPMN and UML for process modeling and requirements documentation.
• Ability to assess the business impact of new solutions and define appropriate actions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Openness for a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week from the office in Warsaw.
