Job summary

Sii Sweden is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a team delivering digital solutions for the car leasing and fleet management industry. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, working with business stakeholders, the IT Product Owner, and development teams in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst in finance or automotive is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Good understanding of data engineering concepts and data source mapping.
• Experience with API design and lifecycle management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Polish, written and spoken.

You will help translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories, working closely with business stakeholders, the IT Product Owner, and development teams in an international environment.

• Gathering and prioritising business and functional requirements
• Translating business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders to design effective solutions
• Supporting the development and management of large-scale product catalogues and APIs
• Mapping data sources and analysing data requirements
• Preparing process flows and project documentation
• Supporting test planning and conducting User Acceptance Testing
• Providing post-deployment support and contributing to continuous improvement

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services or automotive industry
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand both business needs and technical details
• Good understanding of data engineering concepts and data source mapping
• Knowledge of API design and lifecycle management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with 2–3 days per week in the Warsaw office
