Job summary

Solid poszukuje doświadczonego analityka biznesowego w Krakowie, odpowiedzialnego za analizę i implementację produktów usług dla klientów bankowych w ramach transformacji cyfrowej. Będziesz ściśle współpracować z biznesowymi SME i zespołem IT, tworzyć user stories w oparciu o Kanban oraz testować komponenty IT.

Wymagane jest doświadczenie w pełnym cyklu BA, silne umiejętności komunikacyjne i zdolność do zarządzania wymaganiami oraz ryzykami.

Qualifications

• Doświadczony analityk biznesowy w środowisku Agile (Kanban).
• Inżynieria wymagań dla złożonych projektów.
• Pełny cykl BA od definicji wymagań do implementacji w środowisku IT.
• Silne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów.
• Doskonała komunikacja z użytkownikami biznesowymi i zespołem IT na różnych poziomach.
• Umiejętność zarządzania sprzecznymi wymaganiami i zakresem projektu.
• Umiejętność eskalacji ryzyk, problemów i zależności do PM.
• Podejście zorientowane na dostawę zadań i projektów.
• Narzędzia: Confluence i JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Pozyskiwanie i definiowanie wymagań biznesowych od ekspertów biznesowych i tłumaczenie ich na historyjki użytkownika z kryteriami akceptacji.
• Gromadzenie wymagań różnymi technikami i refinowanie ich w procesach agile.
• Prezentacja wymagań, proponowanego rozwiązania i kryteriów akceptacji Product Ownerowi; wsparcie zespołu w rozwiązywaniu zapytań podczas rozwoju.
• Współpraca z zespołem IT w celu dopracowania projektów/historyjek i komunikacja z interesariuszami.
• Testowanie komponentów IT i koordynacja z zespołem deweloperskim w rozwiązywaniu defektów.
• Przygotowywanie materiałów dla seniorów interesariuszy.

We are looking for a highly effective, client focused Business Analyst with experience in managing delivery as well as in requirements gathering and testing. You will analyse, define and own the implementation of the Client Services products across multiple client journey, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and assess business needs.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with business SME’s to elicit and define business requirements, translating them into agile user stories that have clear acceptance criteria
• Perform business requirements gathering using a variety of techniques and support requirement refinement utilizing agile methodologies
• Presenting business requirements, proposed solution and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner for review, subsequently supporting the development team with query resolution during development phases
• Work with IT teams to refine solution designs / user stories and communicate back to the business stakeholders
• Test delivered IT components and working with the development team to resolve any identified defects
• Preparation of materials for senior stakeholder

• Hands on working experience in working in an Agile environment (Kanban framework is specifically used)
• Requirement engineering for complex projects
• Full life cycle Business Analysis experience from requirements definition through to implementation within a business facing IT environment
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with both business users and IT development team on various seniority levels
• Ability to manage conflicting business requirements and project scope
• Ability to elevate risks, issues and dependencies to Project Management
• A delivery-orientated approach to both individually assigned tasks and projects at all times
