Job summary

Inuits is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support European public institution units in Warsaw, bridging business and ICT for process improvements and new IT solutions. You will manage a portfolio of operations projects and deliver requirements, data models and business cases with a PM²/PM² Agile framework.

You will model processes, support stakeholders, and help define roadmaps while ensuring quality and change management.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years IT experience with at least 5 years as a Business Analyst.
Strong BPMN and UML knowledge and diagrams.
Hands-on modelling with Sparx EA or ARIS.
Experience with business architecture and process improvements.
Experience in ICT solutions for content production, reporting or analytics.
At least one full software solution lifecycle completed.
EU citizenship and ability to work for a European public institution.
Excellent English (C1).

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse and document business needs, requirements and user stories.
Model business processes, value streams, roles, capabilities and data using BPMN and UML.
Support business experts and product owners during requirements definition and software development.
Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.
Identify, design and validate business process improvements.
Support the definition of business architecture and transition roadmaps.
Contribute to systems design, testing, quality assurance and change management.
Support the business during change, including training plans for new processes.
Communicate project objectives, scope and requirements to stakeholders.
