Job summary

Jit Team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Big Data platform migration and vendor replacement program in a complex enterprise environment. You will drive the transition of a Hadoop/Cloudera-based platform, coordinating stakeholders, budgets, and governance to ensure successful delivery.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage timelines, risks, and communications, and report to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale platform migrations or vendor replacement projects in Hadoop/Cloudera environments.
• Experience as Project Manager in Big Data platform migration projects.
• Strong risk and issue management capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear business insights.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial forecasting.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
• Proactive problem-solving approach in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the vendor replacement program as Project Manager.
• Plan and manage all delivery activities, timelines, dependencies, resources and milestones.
• Manage project budget, forecasting and financial controls; identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure predictable project execution through governance and delivery management practices.
• Drive communication and alignment across business and technical stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate project team meetings and workshops.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports.
• Conduct executive-level reporting and SteerCo presentations.
• Track project progress and escalate critical issues when necessary.
• Promote a strong delivery culture and project management discipline.
