Job summary

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. in Warszawa seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a Hadoop/Cloudera platform migration. You will coordinate vendor replacement, plan delivery, manage budgets and governance, and report to SteerCo to ensure timely, predictable project outcomes.

The role requires strong English skills and a track record managing large-scale IT transformation and Big Data initiatives in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Project Management in IT transformation or Big Data.
• Proven PM on large-scale Big Data platform migrations.
• Strong Hadoop/Cloudera experience.
• Experience with budget planning and forecasting.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the vendor replacement and platform migration project.
• Plan and manage project delivery, including timelines, dependencies, resources and risks.
• Manage project budget, financial planning and forecasting.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and escape risks, issues and delivery dependencies.
• Coordinate project teams and run regular project meetings.
• Prepare progress reports and materials for Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
• Ensure structured project governance and predictable delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
