Job summary

DCG Poland is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a Hadoop/Cloudera platform migration for a large-scale IT transformation. You will coordinate vendor replacement, manage timelines, resources and risks, and ensure governance throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong English, budget forecasting, and stakeholder management at senior levels, with a focus on delivering predictable, measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of professional project management experience, preferably in IT transformation, infra or Big Data.
• Proven PM experience in large-scale Big Data platform migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, risk and issue management.
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior/executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex dependencies into actions.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate vendor replacement and platform migration project.
• Plan and manage delivery timelines, dependencies, resources and risks.
• Manage project budget, financial planning and forecasting.
• Monitor progress and elevate risks, issues and delivery dependencies.
• Coordinate project teams and run regular project meetings.
• Prepare progress reports for SteerCo meetings.
• Ensure structured governance and predictable delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
