Everoze Partners Limited is expanding in Poland and seeks a Senior BESS & Renewable Energy Consultant. You will join a growing international team and help build Everoze’s Polish business, including establishing a local presence with cross-European support.

The role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and a track record in energy consultancy. You will lead technical due diligence, project support, site visits, and business development in Poland’s battery storage and renewables markets, with a focus

Qualifications

• Engineering degree, or equivalent (Master’s level).
• 5–10 years of consultancy experience.
• Strong knowledge of BESS projects and due diligence.
• Good understanding of the Polish renewable energy market, grid connection and permitting.
• Excellent written and spoken Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Technical Due Diligence: assess BESS projects for acquisitions/financing.
• Project support: advise developers from design through commissioning.
• Site visits: testing, construction monitoring, quality control, stakeholder interface.
