Job summary

GOLDBECK SOLAR is seeking a determined Sales Associate (m/f/d) to support our sales efforts in Poland, focusing on utility-scale PV and BESS projects. You will assist in tenders, prepare commercial offers, and handle communications in Polish and English as part of a dynamic, international team.

Ideal candidates have completed vocational training or university studies, strong MS Office and ERP skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Very good Polish and English written and spoken skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
• Analytical thinking with quick comprehension and proactive approach.
• Confident communication, teamwork, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff and team management through the sales process in Poland.
• Assist in tender processing and contract award procedures.
• Handle correspondence with customers, partners, and subcontractors in Polish and English.
• Prepare tender documentation and commercial offers in collaboration with sales staff.
• Assist with trade fair/event planning and travel arrangements.
• Prepare presentations, offers and contractual documents with team leaders.
• Support marketing activities and maintain social media posts for the team.
