R.Power, a leading renewable energy producer, is seeking a Senior M&A Manager in Warsaw. The role leads cross-border transactions across Europe, coordinating due diligence, structuring deals, and liaising with investors and advisors.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in M&A within energy, strong modelling skills, and fluency in English and Polish. You will work with senior management on strategic acquisitions and the expansion of renewable assets across markets.

Formación

• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, investment banking, infrastructure/private equity funds, IPPs, renewable energy developers or similar investment environments.
• Proven transaction experience in renewable energy and/or BESS is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy and energy storage investment fundamentals, project development lifecycles, and transaction risks.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end transaction management: Independently lead M&A transactions from market approach through due diligence, negotiations, signing, and closing.
• Transaction execution: Manage acquisitions, divestments, and other strategic transactions across European markets.
• Deal structuring and negotiations: Develop structures, negotiate terms, and coordinate documentation including SPAs.
• Due diligence management: Lead financial, legal, tax, technical, and commercial due diligence with internal and external teams.
• Financial analysis and valuation: Oversee modelling, valuation, transaction economics and investment analysis.
• Stakeholder management: Serve as main contact for counterparties, investors, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders.
• Cross-border execution: Navigate processes across European jurisdictions with local market and regulatory considerations.
• Process ownership: Own transaction timelines, deliverables, and outcomes.
