Job summary

Forte Renewables Polska sp. z o.o. is seeking an Engineer to strengthen our technical advisory team in energy storage systems (BESS).

You will assess BESS projects for investors, developers, and financing institutions, guiding technical diligence and risk assessment. The role offers remote or hybrid cooperation with Poland preferred, about 20 hours per month, and potential to expand to a broader scope. You will engage with international projects and collaborate with an experienced renewable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in power engineering, grid connection, or renewable energy, with BESS experience.
• Knowledge of energy storage system architecture, including BMS/EMS/SCADA integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews of BESS, PV, wind, and hybrid projects to identify technical and commercial risks.
• Assess BESS design assumptions, performance, and integration with BMS/EMS/SCADA.
• Interpret grid connection conditions, studies, and regulatory requirements (TSO/DSO).
• Translate findings into clear due diligence reports and client advisories.
