Calan is seeking an experienced Project Manager for BESS initiatives in Poland. You will identify, develop and oversee storage projects, coordinating planning, studies, permitting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

The role requires deep knowledge of energy storage, renewables and strong leadership, with English proficiency and a valid driving license. A long-term collaboration in employment or B2B is offered.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in energy storage projects and renewable energy.
• Strong network and market knowledge in renewables.
• Proficient in English with excellent communication.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop BESS projects in Poland with feasibility assessments.
• Lead project planning: timelines, budgets, risks and resources.
• Coordinate studies and permitting processes with stakeholders.
• Engage with authorities, partners and local communities.
• Support financial modeling and revenue strategy for BESS.
• Interface with suppliers and EPC contractors during design/execution.
• Oversee delivery from development to commissioning within targets.
