The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a technically strong, commercially minded Renewable Energy Consultant with 5+ years of experience in solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will lead TDD/LTA assignments, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and provide client-facing technical insights across Poland.

Responsibilities include reviewing design and grid connection aspects, supporting Owner's Engineering, and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in renewable energy technical advisory or engineering consultancy.
• Proven delivery of TDD/LTA or similar assignments.
• Strong knowledge of utility-scale solar PV projects; BESS experience is a plus.
• Good understanding of Polish market, permitting and grid connection.
• Experience managing projects and aligning with clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate TDD and LTA assignments for solar PV and BESS projects.
• Manage technical assessments from design to construction readiness and risk review.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality reports.
• Review docs, identify risks, and provide actionable investor recommendations.
• Support Owner's Engineering tasks through development and construction phases.
• Act as technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Provide insight on the Polish renewable energy market and permitting.
• Support business development with technical and commercial proposals.
• Build relationships with developers, investors and lenders.
