Tesco Technology's Contact team in Kraków is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable Java services processing large customer data. You'll work with Azure, Terraform, and CI/CD, help migrate to Kubernetes, mentor engineers, and contribute to high-impact, data-driven features enabling personalized Tesco experiences.

This hybrid role requires 6+ years of Java experience, strong English, and ownership mindset, with 60% office collaboration in Kraków.

Qualifications

• Around 6+ years of experience delivering Java applications.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud solutions, Terraform.
• Experience in system design.
• Experience in taking ownership of a project and leading a team from technical perspective.
• Proactive attitude.

Responsibilities
