Job summary

S-PRO is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to own the requirements process across client projects. You will bridge client, product, and engineering teams, driving discovery and shaping solutions with AI-enabled capabilities for fintech domains.

You will transform business needs into actionable specs that developers can build from, leading discussions in English and ensuring clear acceptance criteria and traceable decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven client-facing experience in complex software projects.
• Deep fintech/banking domain knowledge and data flows.
• AI-enabled analysis experience and ability to spot AI issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive client communication and lead workshops in English.
• Lead discovery, refine requirements, and design solutions with the tech team.
• Join ongoing projects and make documentation consistent and testable.
• Write concise, testable acceptance criteria for developers.
• Turn unknowns into open questions with clear owners.
