Job summary

Wynter is seeking a Senior B2B Demand Gen Marketer to own marketing end-to-end for our on-demand market research platform. You will craft campaigns targeting VP–level PMMs at mid-market and enterprise B2B companies, using AI-powered workflows and HubSpot-based marketing ops.

This fully remote role reports to the CEO and collaborates with Sales and CS. Ideal candidates move fast, generate many ideas, and ship experiments that drive qualified demos.

Qualifications

• Must have demand gen experience at a B2B SaaS company selling to mid-market and enterprise.
• Strong copywriting for landing pages, ads, emails and posts.
• Experience building ABM programs, webinars, newsletters and paid/social campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing end-to-end and drive qualified inbound demos.
• Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, organic/social, ABM into named accounts.
• Lead content sprints: articles, AI-assisted drafts edited by humans.
• Run weekly newsletters, webinars, events, and daily social activity.
• Lead experiments with new channels and formats backed by data.
