Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field.
• Equivalent practical experience in demand generation or growth marketing will be considered.
• 2–6 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related roles.
• Experience with prospecting, campaign, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Experience owning end-to-end initiatives in a lean, agile team.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns to create qualified pipeline.
• Build and optimize account-based marketing programs targeting pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO organizations.
• Develop outbound campaigns across channels including email, phone, video, and other platforms.
• Test and refine messaging, content, audience targeting, and workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
• Partner closely with business development teams to ensure effective lead qualification and handoff.
• Use AI-powered prospecting, research, and campaign tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive commercial processes and scale best practices.
• Build data-driven workflows that combine automation with strong commercial insight.
• Monitor campaign and funnel performance, using analytics to optimize results and improve ROI.
• Create dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline creation, and commercial impact.
• Improve CRM data quality, segmentation, lead management, and account intelligence.
• Support the development of scalable revenue operations processes and reporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate with marketing, business development, product, and other key stakeholders to align messaging and support growth.
• Share market and campaign insights with the wider commercial team to strengthen future initiatives.
