Job summary

SD Worx Poland is seeking a payroll specialist to manage Swiss payroll for Swiss customers, using Abacus and MS Office. You will maintain master data, handle time recording, and produce statistics while serving as the contact for customers and social security bodies.

The role requires at least 3 years of Swiss payroll experience, strong English, and knowledge of income tax and social security law. German is a plus, with remote-friendly and flexible work options provided by SD Worx.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Swiss payroll.
• Proficiency in Abacus system.
• Good written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Experience with a common billing system.
• Knowledge of income tax and social security law.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Independent, conscientious, and well-structured.

Responsibilities

• Independent and autonomous preparation of payroll accounting for Swiss customers (mini-jobs, students, interns, etc.).
• Maintenance of master and transaction data.
• Time recording and certification.
• Creation of statistics and evaluations.
• Contact person for the assigned customer and various offices/insurers.
• Implementation of the year-end process and answering questions.
